But you're right, there's something odd about that question. Why would it ask us for a reason, when we were all brought here without our consent? ...Unless we did give our consent, and simply have no memory of doing it? That's a horrifying thought.
Or perhaps there is more than one entity managing this city? One who wrote and distributed the questions, and another who brought us here, possibly without complete communication with the first? That might imply there was a breakdown in proper procedures...perhaps we were never actually intended to be brought here against our will? I suppose time will tell.
