When people disappear from here, has there been any indication of how? Or where they go?

nope. probably out past the weird fog if they're still in the city at all... but no one's found anything.

you check where they were staying? all the stuff gone?

I'm not looking for anyone in particular. I thought maybe it would lead to a way for all of us to leave.

But if no one has ever been around when someone disappears, it's useless.

like a witness? yeah no, i haven't heard of anything like that. it seems like most things that just happen to us always conveniently happen when we're alone and unconscious.

but the missing people were probably taken somewhere that's still here, i think? it'll be something to keep an eye on if someone disappears in a different way than the usual.

You think they weren't sent home at all then?

I suppose it's possible. It looked like we aren't the first group of people brought in with the state of things.

so far they've all been cleaned up after. stuff moved out of the apartments, erased from the phones... all of it. i dunno, i guess they could have been sent home? but that kind of thing screams "disappeared person" to me.

you know, more than how we've all been disappeared from home already.

and yeah, we're pretty sure we're not the first group. they're *doing something* with us, not that we know what it is.

That's the concerning part. What they do with us after they're done with us here.

If we could just find one person that's been taken to whatever is beyond this, at least maybe we'd have an idea.

But apparently our captors thought about that.
