I'd like to know whether they were alone at the time of their disappearance in all cases. Assuming that you're referring to a specific individual, are you aware of their last known location or activities?

It was a general question. I was curious about the same thing.

I thought if someone had seen something, anything, we could maybe use it to figure out how we're brought in. No luck.

Perhaps, as impractical as it may be, we would all benefit from having at least one other person nearby at all times.

Possibly. Sleeping in shifts may help as well.

That could indeed become necessary. I suppose security cameras would be impractical for other reasons.

It seems like our overseers could tamper with those very easily. They say anything we install ourselves is taken when we go.

Yes, that is a problem, although I've wondered whether treating objects as shared property would prevent their vanishing. However, I also imagine that no one would welcome additional surveillance.

It is a longshot anyone would put up with surveillance on them constantly. We probably have enough of that as is.
