My friend and I are both cultivators trained in the Qing Jing Peak style, which emphasizes scholarship, clarity of mind, and harmony with nature. He possesses additional abilities related to his ancestry which I will not describe here, out of respect for his privacy; instead I will direct him to your post and if he so wishes, he may contact you himself.

Prior to my arrival here, I was able to use spiritual energy to cast a number of spells, or to store them in specially-prepared slips of paper. My favored spells were those that generated telekinetic effects; for example, I could infuse my spiritual energy into leaves or flower petals, and wield them like razor sharp throwing stars.

My apologies! I'll try to more general language in the future, but please don't be afraid to ask questions if something doesn't make sense to you.

Spiritual energy is also called qi or chi in some cultures, and it's generated by all living things in the Mortal Realm, from insects and plants to human beings. Cultivators learn to perceive and collect this energy, and use it to power their spells.

It is possible to infuse alcohol with spiritual energy, though I've never tried to do it myself. One of Qing Jing's sister peaks, Zui Xian, specialized in brewing spiritually-infused wines and liquor; the products of their craftsmanship were a delight to the senses.

Hm, it's hard to answer that question usefully! It depends so heavily on the specific spell being cast and the individual cultivator doing the casting, after all! And there are so many spells I never got the chance to try, how can I accurately say whether I'd be capable of casting them or not?
