not everyone, but probably two-thirds of the people in my city think like... two plates stacked on top of each other top level is where things are nice, you got good money, fresh food. bottom level is all crime and shit money and shit food nothing happened to the sky, we just can't see it from down below what changes have you noticed? the closed doors bother me too. i clocked the city limits day 1 when i tried to walk the train tracks but the number of buildings we can't get into was surprising
