[ The text post is dated the 10th and Armand frowns at his phone as he types. There's still time, but it's certainly not long to find the answers he seeks. He glances at the bottle of blood on the kitchen counter and snaps a quick photo to include with his question. ]
Is there any doctor or person of science that can help with studying this:
[It's...well yep, that sure is a bottle of blood. It's even helpfully labelled like a carton of milk!]
I wish to know everything possible about this, but my understanding is not comprehensive enough. I am hopeful to find tools and equipment at the University campus, but another's experience would be appreciated greatly.

Since you're open about it regardless -- how is it that blood is a regular part of your diet? At the very least, you'll have more sources for food than the rest of us.

...In my experience, there are few that wish to be preyed upon or partake in such necessities.

I think you might be surprised, here. I can't imagine it's any different from donating blood to a hospital, and plenty are willing to do that. I wouldn't volunteer on a regular basis, but once or twice certainly wouldn't hurt.

And that is heartening to hear, should various food sources be used against us or begin to diminish. I hope it never something that need be asked, but thank you nevertheless.

Since we're speaking openly about what it is you use for food... I assume you're a vampire, or something like it?

Correct. I can only assume from peoples reactions and my initial conversations and searching of the network that I am not alone in being something 'other' to your fellow mortals. A potential way to stir things up in a small community no? Whatever brought us here is certainly curious.

My going theory is that they've deliberately chosen people meant to arouse suspicion and discord. The one thing that's consistent among everyone here is that they're used to some degree of hardship and violence in their lives. Trapping a population of people already accustomed to violence in the same spot without any distractions or outside interaction whatsoever is just throwing us in a pressure chamber. It's already worked, to a certain degree, though people here generally defer to being largely peaceful.

It is heartening at least to hear that the people here are choosing community over the alternative. Perhaps it is easier in the presence of an omnipotent presence to draw our suspicions away from each other and towards it. Something that may not have been accounted for, or so we can hope.
