Absolutely. While looking for something new to wear, I have seen my share of clothing like this studded with decoration, for good or for ill.

By no means am I offended by it. I do not particularly dislike it; I do not particularly like it. Thus, a 5 may be appropriate.

Yet, your phrasing appears to imply this arrangement of clothing is unacceptable to you. I find myself contemplating why this may be the case.

Does it truly not bother you to see that outfit? Have you ever given a single thought to aesthetics at all?

[ Maybe he's just too used to his own world where everyone puts a bare minimum of effort into appearance. Even the Akademiya, which has traditionally looked down on the arts, has been designed with an aesthetic in mind. ]
