There's a seamstress shop in the shopping mall. It will have all the equipment you'll need for simple tasks.

back home it's easier to find clothes to fit really any kind of shape or size or body type
so I'm kinda struggling to find shirts and jackets and stuff with sleeves that'll fit over my Quirk
it makes my elbows sorta oversized, but I don't need the whole jacket oversized ya know?

Oh, a Quirk. You must be one of Fumikage's classmates. That makes much more sense than just being particular about your clothing.

In that case, I can't say that I could make anything that looks particularly good, but I'm sure I could help make a few basic alterations.
