not sure if you celebrated or whatever but hope it was good regardless

what kinda stuff is everyone looking forward to?
like resolutions and things i guess??
never really thought about it too much before but i dunno
feels kinda weird to want good things when part of me just wants to go home haha

if anyone's looking to hang out or whatever tho i'm around
or i guess if you wanna learn how to shoot or take pics i'm your guy

could find something fun to do and make it a real party πŸ₯³

It hasn't! It has been quite a nice new year.
It's a better new year than I've had in a long time, actually. All the other new years were really dull. Nothing ever changed. Grandmother would always set the rules the way she wanted them to be, and everyone simply followed them, year after year. But in this city, things feel like it's changing every month, so it's been very fun?
So my question is only hypothetical, I think. How do you wish someone a happy new year when it's already gone wrong?
Or maybe that's just it - it's a wish?

Oh, that's true. So even if they're having a terrible new year, it's still alright to wish something better for them.
I hadn't thought about it that way before.
You don't think this place is fun?
