Recall a month ago I said that someone stole a book from me. To be more forthcoming, it's known as a skin bible from my world. About as charming as you can expect. I was concerned that the person in question would use a ritual instructed in the book.
If you experienced a series of wretched rooms, the replaying of your memories, that sort of thing -- that was the result of the ritual, at least in its limited form.

Fearne is only one desperate person in a growing population of them. Don't be surprised if this comes up again, even if it isn't with Daan's gods. Some of them aren't as content to make themselves a home here as others are.

There's a difference between being a coward, and being someone who actually thinks for a second before leaping off a cliff. But of course, as this place's prime example of a blithering brainless idiot, you wouldn't know about that, would you?
