Uh, hello everyone. It looks like we might be here a little longer than we hoped for, unless anyone has figured out how to leave yet.

I mean, whoever brought us here threw us a really dull mixer and hasn't made themselves known, so a lot of people are probably looking for places to stay and figuring all that stuff out.

No one's asking my opinion, but I would encourage everyone not to live somewhere too secluded. We don't know what might happen, and if you need help, it may be difficult to reach you. I know most of us probably don't know anything about each other, and it can be difficult to trust strangers, but putting city blocks between you and your nearest neighbor won't make things easier.

People never think the era they live in is advanced, but to someone without those advancements, it's surprising to hear about.

I think most people here are eager to see their home again.

There’s too much going on back in my own place to have time to hang around here, that’s the issue.

Have a job contract to finish out and a couple other jobs all at the same time that are just kinda… hanging, now.

Defense force work, decommissioning and parts work for mobile suits, and a junkyard business.

What is a mobile suit?

Basically a robot you control to fight in. With the war “over” they’re all to be decommissioned or destroyed.

So I figured I’d turn a profit dismantling one for once.

You make it sound like you come from the stone age, to me. No space travel, no mobile suits... But it isn't like having any of that has changed how people operate, just how much damage they can cause, so..

That's a fair point. Technology has become very efficient at killing us. A pity it can't do something to better mankind, instead.
