It only means that the one who is to deal out fairness to the unfair, to right the wrongs of others, is thyself! Doth that not make sense? If you're trying to argue that there is justice in this world, then why do people get stepped on all the time?

[ a good word to understand. to denji's credit, it will give her a moment's reflection. that isn't so different than the city (her city) where it's commonplace to see it happen, and sometimes be unable to stop it... to know that it occurs every day across the expansive continent it very much is. ]

They hath escaped justice, but they cannot outlast it. There is evil everywhere in the world, Ser Denji. But there is much more good. To believe there is only injustice is to preemptively allow injustice to win without a moment's thought to fighting it thyself.

Ehm, that is, thou'rt... as they would say, shooting thyself in the foot. If there is no one who shall uphold justice, then why not use do it thyself?

If you're asking me to help enforce justice ... then I don't know about that. Sounds like an exhausting job to do, unless I get paid for it. No one will go through all that shit for nothing, you know?

Besides, you can't save everyone. Bad things will continue to happen, so no matter what— there won't be any justice here. Innocent people will end up taking a hit.
