[Ah, the sort of things you give to spoiled young masters when they're children.]

I have yet to encounter anyone who was not far too old for such trifles.

"Your age"? I haven't seen anyone under thirteen. I had no idea there were children running about.

Yes? Is that not what such things are for? Even wealthy young masters don't have time to be playing around after a certain age. Either they are studying or learning to run their household, and young ladies are looking to make good matches.

They are profoundly different from this world. And the worlds of others, too, as I am learning.

Where I am from, holding onto such trinkets into adolescence and especially adulthood would be viewed as a sign of weakness. When reputation is everything, and the jackals are scrabbling for any foothold to tear down others and raise themselves up, one tends to do away with toys and trinkets as soon as possible.

Perhaps a particularly spoiled second or third son with a reasonably secure family situation could get away with such, but it seems this young gentleman is from a world where sentimentality is not such a rare commodity?

[But he does know someone who is softhearted and grew up in a world far gentler than his own who would probably very much like a little toy, just for himself.

The disgruntled little 'tch' Binghe makes is audible from orbit.]

Fine. Can you make a small, white cat with a green ribbon?

[Luo Binghe can sense he just got beat by a kid and he's going to be in a tetchy little huff about it all day. Time to go clean the apartment for the 40th time! Feel his wrath dustbunnies!]

That is very kind.

This one is Liu Feiyu. However, if you intend to stitch a name onto it, it should be 'Shen Yuan'.

What would the young man wish for in exchange for this service?

He seems the sort who would enjoy such things.

If there is nothing now that you need, then consider this Liu Feiyu in your debt.
