Still, I gotta see what I'm working with here since the last time I was in a place with people from whatever universe was at 1 AM at the coffee shop and everyone had the grand idea to suddenly order Neapolitan frappuccinos. So here's how I'm going to narrow down and categorize all of you for my sake.

First off, how do you pronounce GIF? With a 'g' or a 'j'

But, fair enough. I'm German. If I pronounced anything with a soft G, I'd lose my citizenship. That's a fact.

What about people from the past before GIFs were invented? Or people from the future when they don't have GIFs anymore.

Well, "present-day Earth" can mean anything. For me, knowing if there's internet or not, lets me know how to level with different people. Because let's face it, there might be different Earths with different internets.

Cats are a universal constant, what can I say?
Personality quizzes, I don't do a lot of anymore, those are kind of take it or leave it nowadays unless the results give you a good chuckle.

That so? Good on you. I've got a colleague who takes those quizzes and sulks if he gets the wrong result, or struts about if it's the right one. He's in his forties.
