Different worlds? Okay. Still, I gotta see what I'm working with here since the last time I was in a place with people from whatever universe was at 1 AM at the coffee shop and everyone had the grand idea to suddenly order Neapolitan frappuccinos. So here's how I'm going to narrow down and categorize all of you for my sake.

First off, how do you pronounce GIF? With a 'g' or a 'j'

Not a lot of 'j' people so far so things look promising.

I think I would be a lot more surprised if there were a lot of 'j' people. At that point, I would know I'm in another dimension. Just curious - what's the current tally?

I haven't counted yet but it looks like 'G' is winning.

Thank goodness for that - there's only so much I can deal with when it comes to all of this mess. I barely know what to do with the cognitive dissonance I already have.

Yeah, jokes aside, I know we're in a dire situation. Or at least it'll grow more dire the longer we stay here.
That's the feeling I have anyway.

I mean so far there's barely been any signs of life except for us; people who woke up on the train that is.
That doesn't scream weirdo vibes to you?

It's weird as fuck, but why would that warrant it getting worse? There's an awful lot of city for us to eat our way through before we have to concern ourselves with running out of food - surely we'll have come up with something before that happens.

I haven't seen any signs of there being anyone else here, and none of my gear's acting like we're being surveilled.

Call it a gut feeling.
I've been around the supernatural long enough to think that there's definitely more to this.
But hey, like you said, at least we'll be well-fed before and maybe even during a more concerning crisis.

I trust your judgment - I'm far out of my depth here.

You say you've been around supernatural - may I ask what kind? Just out of my curiosity. Supernatural things are limited to books or other media where I'm from. I've only really read about things.

Oh you know, witches, psychics... Dragons, vampires, I believe werewolves too, but I haven't seen a transformed one yet, I just know they're out there.

Where you're from sounds infinitely more interesting than where I'm from if you're running into all of those

There's a lot I haven't run into yet
But it's kind of nice to know that my world has a lot more too it than I thought.
I don't think I've even begun to scratch the surface of what's out there.

This city's a good a start as any to find that out I guess.

I'm not sure how much there is to really find out here, given how absolutely empty this place is... Though I guess the idea that we all came from different dimensions is the find of a lifetime. I'm sure some physicist out there would love to talk to any of us at this point.
