Greetings. As new arrivals are brought to this dimension around the same time each month, to my knowledge, there are a few topics that I'd like to raise.

1. The tourist center's suggestion box. I know of one submission thus far. Have other requests been made? If so, have you received a response? If not, I intend to compile and submit a number of suggestions in order to test it further. Suitable contributions would be appreciated, in writing or in person. Should you prefer the latter, you can usually find me at The Bookstore.

2. The Bookstore itself welcomes your stories. In exchange, you would receive an item from its existing collection.

3. There was discussion of a variety of ways to meet like-minded individuals, both recently and last month, such as art or a story sharing club. Perhaps it would be beneficial to draw additional attention to these as newcomers arrive.

4. What measures are currently in place in response to the unexplained disappearances? I am assuming that most of us have the option of sharing our chosen living space with others.

5. A change in the rate at which resources are replenished was observed earlier this month. Have we confirmed since then that all locations are affected and identified to what extent the previous rate has changed?

No one here holds any such position. I am simply addressing what struck me as in need of further attention.

That's unusual, isn't it? No organizational hierarchy whatsoever?

At the bare minimum you'd at least think someone would've acquired the artifact of power or stolen fire from the gods or pulled some object out of a stone and gotten themselves recognized as king by now.

That said, I'm reasonably new and have never submitted this nature of request, so ostensibly I'd make a fairly good unbiased test subject if there's something you particularly want asked.

I suppose one explanation could be that a hierarchy imposed on that scale would be meaningless, or that it would meet with resistance.

As for your offer, that would be helpful. If you have no personal requests, I'd also like to test whether multiple people submitting the same suggestion has any impact.

At the moment, in addition to the story sharing club, I am aware of an art club. You will find flyers around the city that advertise an upcoming session.

Other hobbies that were mentioned include various forms of exercise and crafts, as well as interests such as fashion and technology.

A zoo? That would make you the second person to express this wish, at least that I know of, which may be worth including.

if you seriously make the suggestion, poll a few people, get a list of animals going, see what it says? even if says no to lions or horses, if it likes cats that's worth knowing.

I made an attempt in recent months to gather information on who is here and who may have gone missing, but I’m afraid most people did not want to give me any information, or reply at all. I think I managed to account for approximately five people. As such, I felt the exercise useless. Unless we can all come to an agreement on actively giving out such information, I do not know how we could ever possibly keep track of such things.

That is unfortunate, but understandable. I am, of course, no more likely to persuade others to reply than anyone else.

I suppose most people will have friends or other acquaintances here, at least.

Indeed, I was hardly surprised even if I was slightly disappointed. Normally I would not want to be involved in such things either, but it would be silly to think anyone could stand a chance of leaving here on their own.

I tend to work alone, but I can admit that this place seems bigger than all of us. And more than anything, I think we can all agree that getting out of here is the number one priority.

What about a museum? Even if our hosts prefer to keep their cards close to their chest in regards to their history in the end, there's still the opportunity for an entertaining exhibit or two.

Oh, and hile not a club or organization of any sort, I *have* been debating doing something where people can talk about different aspects of their worlds. Mostly for the fun of it, but I suppose it could help with figuring out what others are and are not capable of here as well.

Your idea would be worthwhile, in my opinion. There is no shortage of topics for discussion in that regard.

History, primarily. Partly with the hope of receiving a hint or two as to the background of this place, partly because I'm not sure I trust an art museum after hearing about the deeper pool, not to mention all that business with the mall.

Lestat here. I have only just arrived, so I have a few questions.

These clubs - can anyone join them? What kind are there? Has anyone arranged a list of them somewhere, perhaps in that tourist center?

The clubs advertised recently are the story sharing club and the art club. Both appear to welcome anyone interested. While no official list exists yet, the previous discussion surrounding hobbies suggests that people would collaborate to make one conveniently accessible and keep it up to date.

As for the disappearances, yes, some of the people brought here in each past wave of arrivals have since vanished. With the exception of our memories, all other evidence of their presence also disappears.

Was it without warning? Was there any sign that they were about to leave, a feeling or apprehension? At the very least, an opportunity for goodbyes?

Based on a random assortment of places between districts 1 and 2 our food supply has changed from refreshing daily to every other day.

Those who disappear also have their presence wiped from the contacts in your device. If you want to keep track of people, that would be the simplest way to maintain the list.

[And a mental note is made about the bookstore. Operating on some sort of exchange, huh? But he's been without reading material for long enough he might as well see just what's been set up.]

That seems unlikely to cause any significant impact for now, then. However, I suppose it is something to continue to monitor.

[ He hasn't personally needed to make frequent trips to cover the necessities since his arrival, but he'll change that routine for this particular purpose. ]

As far as the disappearances are concerned, we would ideally have some way to intercept them as well.

Other supplies were on a longer cycle to refresh, so we'll have to wait and see if there won't be any issues.
