Greetings. As new arrivals are brought to this dimension around the same time each month, to my knowledge, there are a few topics that I'd like to raise.

1. The tourist center's suggestion box. I know of one submission thus far. Have other requests been made? If so, have you received a response? If not, I intend to compile and submit a number of suggestions in order to test it further. Suitable contributions would be appreciated, in writing or in person. Should you prefer the latter, you can usually find me at The Bookstore.

2. The Bookstore itself welcomes your stories. In exchange, you would receive an item from its existing collection.

3. There was discussion of a variety of ways to meet like-minded individuals, both recently and last month, such as art or a story sharing club. Perhaps it would be beneficial to draw additional attention to these as newcomers arrive.

4. What measures are currently in place in response to the unexplained disappearances? I am assuming that most of us have the option of sharing our chosen living space with others.

5. A change in the rate at which resources are replenished was observed earlier this month. Have we confirmed since then that all locations are affected and identified to what extent the previous rate has changed?

Indeed, I was hardly surprised even if I was slightly disappointed. Normally I would not want to be involved in such things either, but it would be silly to think anyone could stand a chance of leaving here on their own.

I tend to work alone, but I can admit that this place seems bigger than all of us. And more than anything, I think we can all agree that getting out of here is the number one priority.

Aside from this shared situation and all that it entails, the clubs and other social activities may foster greater unity over time. It is possible that people will then become more receptive to expanding efforts to coordinate measures such as your attempt.

I admit you make a valid point. Perhaps I will try again if things change once we’ve been here a bit longer.

Indeed. From what I can gather, I was amongst the first. May I ask how long you have been here?

I arrived a month ago. Three months have passed since your group's arrival, in that case?

Yes, that sounds correct, though I admit one day does seem to blend into another around here. It is rather difficult to be certain about time.

It is a considerable length of time to observe this place. Though it seems that it only changes whenever new areas become accessible.

Yes, I suppose so. It has been rather frustrating that it has been near impossible to get any new information. I would gladly take that over more new areas.

I'd like to hope that "near impossible" leaves an opening for gradual success.

[ But in the meantime, yes, it is discouraging. ]

There is nothing in my experience that is truly impossible. Though this has proven much harder than most things.

Would you be willing to share any details of your own world?

I suppose, depending on what it was you wanted to know.

I would only ask for a general description, including how many other people, if any, from the same world are here. I am also interested in possible similarities across the points in time from which we are taken. Regardless, you're under no obligation to answer.

Well, where I am from is rather difficult to explain under the best of circumstances. Where I was born was a desolate land of snow and ice, but I spent very little time there, so I don't imagine it means much to what is happening here. Where I grew up was destroyed not long before I was brought here, but that was something that had been written in the stars. Where I actually was when I was taken was an industrial space ship cruising the stars looking for a new home for my people.

I have met a few from my timeline, but none I had actually met before. Four or five of them, I believe. We did not come from the same point in time though, I can say that.

There, does that help? Does that mean anything? Have we figured out some clue as to why we are here now?
