Greetings. As new arrivals are brought to this dimension around the same time each month, to my knowledge, there are a few topics that I'd like to raise.
1. The tourist center's suggestion box. I know of one submission thus far. Have other requests been made? If so, have you received a response? If not, I intend to compile and submit a number of suggestions in order to test it further. Suitable contributions would be appreciated, in writing or in person. Should you prefer the latter, you can usually find me at The Bookstore.

2. The Bookstore itself welcomes your stories. In exchange, you would receive an item from its existing collection.
3. There was discussion of a variety of ways to meet like-minded individuals, both recently and last month, such as art or a story sharing club. Perhaps it would be beneficial to draw additional attention to these as newcomers arrive.
4. What measures are currently in place in response to the unexplained disappearances? I am assuming that most of us have the option of sharing our chosen living space with others.
5. A change in the rate at which resources are replenished was observed earlier this month. Have we confirmed since then that all locations are affected and identified to what extent the previous rate has changed?
( ooc: Hopefully none of this is stepping on any toes; I can adjust as needed. This is also open to action. )

You're right, I suppose, it could be much worse. If you can squint past the fact that the powers that be use our most painful memories against us, leave us to endlessly speculate with no direction nor pay off, profess to be welcoming to all kinds and yet dole out punishments when those creatures act the way they were made to do so, and apparently spirit away our companions to hell knows where at the drop of a hat... then sure. The only way is up from there.
I like the little magical restaurants. That's a positive.

Nevertheless, I appreciate learning of worlds that are nothing like my own, and some of us have opportunities here that our homes lack.

Here, a colleague of mine has the freedom to pursue his interests, as an aspiring artist. Another also appears to be enjoying new experiences.

Of course, I do not mean that facilitating this newfound freedom excuses past or future acts of cruelty inflicted upon anyone.

You aren't a being of forgiveness, then? Has this artist and this one who experiences new things in this world been responsible for such acts of cruelty in their past?

I should clarify that my remark was meant only for our captors. The positive aspects of this place do not erase the negative ones, and the negative aspects are not some form of justified punishment in my view.
That aside, forgiveness is a concept to evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
