Have you determined if the power grid here functions by magic or fuel?

Well, I am not skillful enough for such a thing. And a lot of sections of the city are still closed off.

I want to say it goes off of magic and paranormal, but it's only an assumption. Especially since people that used to have magic don't have it anymore, or they have it in minimal amounts.

That is troubling to hear, but good to know. Our hosts are powerful indeed.

Well, park for example, one couldn't get inside before the circus/carnival thing arrived. The carnival is gone but the place stayed open. It was all barred up and locked. I can only hazard an educated guess that there are more places like that.

They are... However, I still can't grasp the reason why we were brought here. The information on the City itself before we got here is close to zero. Like, 0,01.
