It's ideal, actually. I'm sure there are others who would prefer to work nights (or who intend to work around the clock) and it would be immensely helpful to have a night manager so I don't have to do it myself, frankly.

Maybe I'll get to sleep some in the next few weeks, myself.

I certainly hope so. It would be terrible to spread yourself so thin that you can't actually enjoy the event you're putting together.

Oh, I'll be fine. This kind of thing makes me crazy but it also makes me feel alive, if that makes any sense at all.

In the early stages of the project, you can take your cues from Kaveh. Once most of the construction's done and food and drinks have given me definites on their menus, then we'll need to figure out supply and acquisition there. I guess we should probably start stockpiling champagne, too, right from the start?

Ah, you must be Louis? Ghost mentioned that you are our new inventory manager. Sorry to bother you, but do you have a moment? I was wondering if I can pass along some of my notes and ledgers, see if you can make sense of it.

Ah, I wouldn't go so far as to call myself the architect. I'm sure there has to be at least one other architect in this city, or at someone with similar expertise. I know that Alucard knows about building construction as much as I do, in fact.
But to call myself the architect on this project - that, I can accept.
Yes, let's begin. I'll take pictures of the ledgers and inventory lists that we have right now. I've also a few cooks on the line, but they haven't gotten back to me about the kind of food we'll need, and I don't want them to have to source it all themselves.
Lastly, do you have any ideas for where we can store all that food? I was thinking of stealing a few refrigerators from some empty apartment buildings, but I'll need help to put them into place.

I'm afraid the specifics of food preparation are beyond my expertise, but given a menu and a rough estimate of attendees, I'm certain that I can make a detailed list of what we'll require.

Storing refrigerators at the location sounds to me like the most efficient way of doing things. The fewer trips volunteers have to make, the better. As for moving the refrigerators... it isn't a glamorous task, but I know several people strong enough to do the job. My companion and I can assist.

Then, I will leave it to you and your companion. I've cleared out the backrooms to make room for inventory and food - there's a back entrance you can use with a ramp to make the move easier.
