Text; UN: Loki
As I am sure it is true for any of you reading this, since my arrival here I have been trying to think of new ways to figure out what is happening, why we are here and how we might be able to leave. The last one most prominently.
The best idea I have had, and here I must give credit to one Abe no Seimei as we did come up with this together, but we would like to investigate the tunnels the trains arrive on. If there is one thing that seems evident about this place, it is that we all arrive on these trains and though they will not take us back the way we came, the trains still must enter the city through these tunnels.
We will be investigating this possibility, but it occurred to us both that the more we have checking out the area, the better. At this time we would like to see if there was anyone else interested in checking out the tunnels. We think it is likely best to go in small groups, but not alone. Alone never works out well in situations like these, but a number of smaller groups would provide protection and gives us a wider range of possibly finding out a way to leave.
Please let me know here if you are interested in doing this so we can converse afterwards to go over any information we may have discovered.
Thank you in advance.

where the myths about loki and thor originate...?
( bruh, are you okay. )

[Loki is actually a bit amused by this, but he also can’t quite believe what he’s hearing. He knew prior to Thor being banished to Midgard that they had fallen a bit into obscurity, but a myth?]
Though I am sure Thor would be amused at being referred to as mythical, I can assure you, we are entirely real.

if you'd asked him five years ago what he thought of the afterlife, he sure as hell wouldn't have guessed soul society. )
sorry.
not trying to be offensive.
japan's not really big on the whole norse situation. maybe i missed a memo or something.
( is he going to believe the guy right away? of course not. but he'll keep the skepticism to himself this time. )

I am unsure about memos, but there are quite a few pantheons serving the Nine. They do get together at times, but I'm afraid I have never been to the summit. I suspect the gods of Japan attend in some fashion though.
[At this point, Loki is starting to get used to people not believing him, and he's starting to wonder how he might be able to use that to his advantage.]

maybe it shouldn't be. he's met gods, and kings of the undead, and a million other things that most people would protest the existence of.
so. okay. maybe it's bullshit, maybe it's not. either way, ichigo says: )
well if you run into amaterasu let me know.
'nine' what?
no subject
The Nine Realms of course. What else?

years ago, he might have doubled down on it just to be an asshole. but time has tempered him, and maybe that's why he just gives an honest response, )
she's the goddess of the sun in the shinto religion.
( the heavenly bodies in their eternal dance. )
nine realms like... planes of existence, or?
( he wouldn't dare say the words hueco mundo or seireitei aloud to a total stranger — but part of him is desperately curious. )
no subject
Ah lovely. I will certainly keep an eye out if I ever get out of here.
I suppose you could put it that way. Some think of them as their own worlds, or universes, but planes of existence works just as well.
no subject
do they have names?
( maybe he's testing to see if hueco mundo is one of them. hard to say. )
no subject
[The question seems rather odd to Loki and he's suddenly a little suspicious at all the questions.]

tone's hard with text. i meant what are the names?
no subject
Well then, there is Asgard, Midgard, Alfheim, Vanaheim, Svartalfheim, Muspelheim, Niflheim, Nidavellir, and Jotunheim.
Have you heard of any of them?

[It crosses Loki’s mind that many who knew him (or at least thought they did) might be surprised to see him trying to get to know humans, but he is a firm believer that it is best to know those you are captive with. Who knew what information might come in handy?]

it's pretty standard where i'm from to go to school until you're 18. higher would be college or university.

[Or at least that was the impression he’d always had.]
