So, first question: is there already a clinic arranged by someone here? Have there been any injuries on top of there being a willing killer out there? Illnesses or whatever else. I can probably help you, even a little.

Second question: who has been here since the start of this whole mess of being trapped in a part of this city? Ideally, I'd like someone who can be informative, but I'm not overly picky.

as for the question-] I guess so. I'm a psychic, I can see and exorcise spirits and some other stuff.

I kind of thought this was a curse or parallel world made by one when I first got here but now I'm not so sure.

I see. That's a very useful skill to have. At least as far as I'm concerned.

[So hearing that Mob is a psychic doesn't really shock him. Yep that checks out! People like that are just a thing.]

It would presumably be an incredibly powerful spirit or entity to do something like this. Which isn't impossible, but... admittedly, I'm not sure myself. I don't know how much of this is otherworldly or caused by humans.

It's not that useful, really. [psychic power is eh.] Yes, I thought so, but something so powerful would be pretty easy to sense. Maybe humans did cause it somehow.

Though... my powers have been kind of weird since coming here, so maybe that's making it hard to sense anything. They feel sort of muted. I talked to someone else who has psychic powers and they had the same feeling. There's stuff they can't even do anymore with their power.

On the contrary. My experiences were much easier with the aid of someone with similar skills. But I suppose the grass is always greener, hm?

Still, you would be correct. Powers appear to be diminished greatly here. I couldn't give it a numerical description, but I'd say abilities like that don't even meet 50% of what they're capable of.
