So, first question: is there already a clinic arranged by someone here? Have there been any injuries on top of there being a willing killer out there? Illnesses or whatever else. I can probably help you, even a little.

Second question: who has been here since the start of this whole mess of being trapped in a part of this city? Ideally, I'd like someone who can be informative, but I'm not overly picky.

So we all received orientation questions. May I ask what yours said? I heard that not all the questions were same across the board.

But yeah, I don't mind giving out mine. They asked me to say one good thing about my mother, and a hypothetical situation involving a friend having more money than me and how I should handle it. That's when I realized that some questions must be randomized, since I never knew my mother in the first place.

Shame. I was about to say "no time like the present", but I suppose there's always another day.

Hm. Well, you're not the only one who received a question in regard to their parent. I suppose it's just their way of getting information, or making us uncomfortable as possible.

I mean I'm not opposed to it if you wanna go eat out now. There are plenty of restaurants here in District 1, so we may as well take advantage of that.

Although, you could always choose to lie on those surveys. I don't think it matters what you put in them.

[He makes a noise close a laugh, genuinely endeared.] When I finish arranging the clinic, I'll probably want to do that, actually. Work is a drag, and I could use the drink or two.

I suppose so. I don't much care for blatant lies, personally. But I wouldn't blame someone for doing it themselves.

That's the spirit~. What kind of food do you usually like? I haven't been to every restaurant here yet, but I could probably point out a place that might remind you of home a bit.

But about the surveys... If we could simply lie on them without punishment, then what are they even for? It's something that's been boggling me for a while now.

Shit, I could go for a beef wellington. There was a chef I knew in the town I was in before here that could make some decent meals, but we were limited with ingredients. Having something besides mushroom stew will just about make me cry.

Perhaps it's their way of knowing that we would lie? It's hard to say, of course. But I assume regardless it's their way of gathering data.

Ooh, sounds fancy. And being stuck with the same meal for days can really drive you insane. I think I might know a place.

I know for sure that they're archiving every answer we put in, though. I asked the kiosks if we were brought here as test subjects, and they just spat out the answer I put in the survey. So annoying...

You should try it if you haven't before.

The kiosks are absolutely useless. Maybe they'll serve a purpose down the road, but right now it's a whole lot of nothing.
