hey. bumped into people around here looking for others to do stuff with, like sports, hanging out, etc. was thinking we could share what hobbies we have and maybe find people to do stuff with. or even just chat about whatever.

i visit the gym for muscle training with a friend, go running with another (who should talk about that). used to skateboard and even played soccer years ago. i know karate if anyone else does it. and a sensei who won't mind teaching if anyone's interested.

so, yeah. you into fashion, music, or just want to talk about something with people, could be fun. find out if anyone else is really into big fluffy birds called chocobos

a board you ride on. you use a foot now and then to keep up speed, you can brake when you need to, and there's different tricks you can do for jumping the board, flipping it, even sliding down railings if you're good.

you can use it to get around quicker. it's best on flat surfaces so a city works

i dont remember the store i found them in. it was close to one of the sports shops and a shoe store? in the first district but there's probably others

And back to the original purpose of your post and laoshi wishing I would make an attempt to connect with others; this humble one's interests lay in cooking and martial arts.

what kind of martial arts? i know more about karate than anything.

Qing Jing Peak was a more scholarly sect, but between the great arts, we studied unarmed combat, as well as swordsmanship and a little archery. My standing within the sect was quite poor, however, so I am largely self-taught.

Perhaps I should be grateful in that regard; it has allowed me a degree of adaptability in real fights that do not adhere to the rules within a sect's walls.

What sect do you hail from? Does your shizun treat you well?
