hey. bumped into people around here looking for others to do stuff with, like sports, hanging out, etc. was thinking we could share what hobbies we have and maybe find people to do stuff with. or even just chat about whatever.

i visit the gym for muscle training with a friend, go running with another (who should talk about that). used to skateboard and even played soccer years ago. i know karate if anyone else does it. and a sensei who won't mind teaching if anyone's interested.

so, yeah. you into fashion, music, or just want to talk about something with people, could be fun. find out if anyone else is really into big fluffy birds called chocobos

Ah, sharing expertise. I think that's a fine way to get to know one another here, and we can help each other on projects we might be working on.
I'm Kaveh - I'm an architect by trade, and I'm very interested in the design and engineering elements of this place.
Right now, I'm doing some renovations on an apartment. I've knocked down a few walls into the adjoining apartment to make more space, and I have a temporary workshop for myself on the western side of the city.
Lastly, I've been making some prototype bows for those who use that. Future projects may include building a greenhouse, or some kind of forge for bladed weapons. If anyone knows or has expertise in fletching arrows, I'd like to pick your brain.
Anyway - I'm happy to converse and learn outside of my expertise.
Last question: if anyone knows, ah, how to get music onto those 'walkman' things, that would be a conversation I'd like to have as well.

a board you ride on. you use a foot now and then to keep up speed, you can brake when you need to, and there's different tricks you can do for jumping the board, flipping it, even sliding down railings if you're good.

you can use it to get around quicker. it's best on flat surfaces so a city works

I've always liked being involved in the hero fandom. [What a spoiler. Not.] I like heroes, hero movies, hero comics and collecting hero merch. It's a lot of fun for me to study their skills, moves and strategies! And I guess that helps me a lot in my own studies.

you could find out a lot of different histories here. book situation still sucks though

and it's something you can ride and do tricks on. i described and showed a pic here (to someone with a magic flying sword?)

there's skate parks where you can practice tricks where i'm from. you need smooth surfaces to work them, but you can ride up slopes

I was a blacksmith back home, though right now, there is no forge in this city. I also worked as a stagehand, and I have made props and costumes.

I enjoy performances too. But I am not sure if there are performers here.
